Tonight we send our Thoughts and Prayers to our neighboring department (Williamsport Fire/EMS) on the loss of Jeff “Pappy” Morrow this morning.  Our Thoughts and Prayers go out to Jeff’s Family, Friends and Co-workers at Co. 2.
