Call Break Down for The Last Week

As we kick off the busy the warm weather activity season of the year for the Potomac Valley Fire Company, we would like to remind everyone to please be safe walking along the C&O Towpath, hiking on the Appalachian Trail, the Overlook at Maryland Heights and Weverton Cliffs or when out enjoyong our local water ways (Potomac & Shenandoah Rivers & Antietam Creek). Always make sure to prepare for the weather (wear appropriate clothing for weather conditions), stay hydrated, and wear the appropriate gear (Helmets for bike riding, PFDs for water, etc.). Career staff and volunteers have ran multiple calls on the trail and river over the last several days.
