Early this evening at 17:30 Hrs (5:30 PM) Companies and Units from around Washington County wished Washington County Emergency Communications Center Dispatcher Keith Bowen a Happy Retirement after 34 years of service.
Keith has many friends around the County as well as with the Potomac Valley Fire Company .
We would like to wish our friend Dispatcher Keith Bowen a Happy Retirement and his steady voice will be greatly missed over the radio.
